ABO Blood group analyzing by laser scanning ABO antigens on skin
Applications:
*INFRA RED LASERS: Using infrared lasers detect ABO antigens on the skin using light scattering and absorption to identify the composition of red blood cells in the skin.
The infra red illuminates the skin, and the effect on red blood cells is measured by detecting how the light scatters, absorbing, and reflected. Various blood types by the antigens present on the red blood cell surfaces cause light to scatter and absorb differently, providing a distinct signatures that can be used for identification and recognition.
The distinct pattern of light absorption and scattering for different blood types are distinct from each other. A computer distinguishes these patterns determining the ABO blood type.
